The land is easy to get to - DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From Thief River Falls take Hwy 32 north, after about 40 miles take a right onto County Road 8, go seven miles and the land is on the right. You'll see the gravel pit on the adjacent lot where you can pull off and park. 

From Roseau just go West on Hwy 11 for about 12 miles to the town of Badger.  From Badger go south on county road 3 for about 10 miles then go right (west) on county road 8 which is a gravel road.  Go about half a mile on county road 8 and you will see the state land/gravel pit on the left side (south side) of the road.  You can park on the state land and walk south to the property.
